During the consultation we discuss your goals, medical history, and lifestyle, assess skin and facial structure, review technique and pigment options, and provide pre-procedure instructions. This session ensures a personalised plan and confirms whether permanent makeup is safe and suitable for you.
Both options are available. Online consultations suit initial questions, colour previews and medical screening, while in-person appointments allow face-to-face mapping and colour matching. Your technician will recommend the best format based on your needs and the chosen treatment.
Avoid blood-thinning medications as advised, bring a list of current medications and medical history, and bring photos of desired brow or lip looks. Skip caffeine and arrive with clean skin (no heavy makeup) to help accurate assessment and mapping.
Yes — consultations include a health screening to check contraindications and a discussion of risks. You’ll receive detailed consent information and pre-procedure guidance. For some clients, signed consent forms may be completed on-site or emailed before the treatment day.
Consultations usually last 30 to 60 minutes depending on complexity. Brow or lip mapping and colour matching may take longer. Online consultations are often shorter; in-person sessions include hands-on mapping and usually require more time for accurate design.
We charge a consultation fee that is applied toward your treatment if you proceed within a specified timeframe. Fees cover specialist time and health screening. Refund and transfer policies vary, so we’ll explain terms when booking or in the appointment confirmation.
