Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Eyelash Enhancement.

Most clients enjoy defined lash lines for twelve to eighteen months. We recommend a color refresh or touch-up every six to twelve months depending on skin type, lifestyle, and desired intensity to maintain crisp definition and pigment vibrancy.

Discomfort is minimal; we apply a topical numbing agent before and during the procedure to keep you comfortable. Sensations are typically mild tugging or pressure. Communicate with your artist at any time to adjust comfort levels during treatment.

Eyelash Enhancement is suitable for most people seeking subtle lash definition. Ideal candidates have healthy skin around the eyes and realistic expectations. Not recommended during pregnancy, active eye infections, or certain dermatologic conditions - consult during your pre-treatment appointment.

Follow our aftercare to ensure proper healing: avoid water, steam, saunas, swimming, and eye makeup for the first 48 to 72 hours. Gently cleanse with recommended products and avoid rubbing or exfoliating the lash line until fully healed.

Expect 60 to 90 minutes for a standard appointment, including consultation, mapping, numbing, and application. First visits often take longer; allow extra time for discussing desired look, medical history, and personalized adjustments.

Side effects are usually mild - temporary redness, swelling, or slight irritation. Rare risks include infection or allergic reaction to pigment. We minimize risks with sterile technique, patch tests for sensitive clients, and clear aftercare instructions.
